HOW TO APPLY
a

Pre-pay your tuition fees

You听will need to include evidence you have pre-paid your fees with your visa application. See听听for more information. The amount you need to pre-pay will be shown as a fees estimate on your Offer of Place.听

Your Offer of Place can be found in your听 (top right-hand corner).听

Details of different payment methods are listed on our听How to pay your fees听page.听 Note that you will not be able to pre-pay your fees estimate in myUC so must choose an alternative method of payment.

You will automatically receive a receipt once your fees payment has been processed (normally within 1-2 weeks). This can be used with your visa application.

TIP: If the amount you pre-pay is different from your final fees total, you will be charged or refunded the difference later.听

If you are unable to complete your enrolment by the deadline to add or withdraw courses (eg if听 your visa application is declined), you can request a full refund of your tuition fees.听After this date, you will not normally be eligible for a refund.

Contact听Student Finance听for more information on the refund process.

If you have a valid visa to study at UC you will not need to pre-pay your fees,听and can instead pay your fees when you receive your Enrolment Agreement.
