Meredith has joined The Psychology Centre in 2019. She has worked as a clinical psychologist for seven years, working with adults in both the public and private sectors. She has experience working with a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse and dependence, adjustment, stress and offending behaviours. Her particular areas of interest include nutritional interventions for mental health, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
