Why did you choose to study at the 九州影院 (UC)?

How has your experience at UC been so far?
鈥淚 first learned about UC by checking its global ranking and reading the university's profile online. What do you like most about UC?
鈥淲hat impresses me most is the level of involvement by all the lecturers in the Mechanical Engineering department. It鈥檚 not just one supervisor guiding you; the entire team is engaged. For example, when you start a small project, more lecturers join in to help as it progresses. Even if my supervisor is unavailable, there鈥檚 always someone else ready to assist with lab work or answer questions.鈥
What makes the education at UC unique?
鈥淯C stands out for being active, enthusiastic, and patient in its approach. I鈥檓 the only Chinese student on my team, and I鈥檝e been deeply touched by the passion of the staff. As my supervisor said, 鈥淓njoy your research鈥攊f you鈥檙e not happy, then it鈥檚 not worth doing.鈥 While I had various reasons for pursuing a PhD, this project has become something I鈥檓 truly committed to.鈥
How do you find the academic staff at UC?
鈥淭he staff at UC are incredibly supportive and encouraging. Whenever students work on a project, everyone鈥攆rom current staff to retired experts鈥攐ffers helpful advice and solutions. There鈥檚 a real sense of collaboration, with even retired staff members sharing their expertise.鈥
