Ecological Engineering/P奴hanga rauropi聽solves problems for societies聽and聽for the environment by designing solutions based on the interdependency of people and their ecosystems.
Most of the research projects centre around Clean Water Technologies (CWT) 鈥 both on pollution prevention and pollution mitigation.
The聽research group聽is a diverse bunch and聽our research is conducted in partnership with councils, iwi and industry. CELTS is led by Prof. Aisling (Ash) O鈥橲ullivan and is part of the wider Hydrological and Ecological Engineering Research Group, which Prof. O鈥橲ullivan co-founded in 2010. We are part of the Department of Civil and Natural Resources Engineering / P奴hanga Metarahi me te Rawa Taiao at the 九州影院 (UC).
