Te Taiwhenua o te Hauora | GeoHealth Laboratory does applied research in health geography, spatial epidemiology, and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Our work in the GeoHealth Laboratory focuses on how the local and national contexts shape health outcomes and health inequalities. Learn more about Geohealth courses and study at UC.

HOW TO APPLY

Geospatial analysts can use spatial data to determine important health demographics such as disease causation and spread prevention, disaster risk factors, genetic disease likelihood, physical and mental behavioural trends, and economic effect. If you are interested in a short professional course, please see听听provided by the GeoHealth Laboratory through UC Online using QGIS software.
