What do we mean by Work-Integrated Learning (or, WIL)?
WIL is an聽umbrella term used to describe a range of聽activities undertaken by students as a structured part of your course or degree. WIL experiences integrate the theory you learn during your studies with practice in an authentic workplace environment.
Depending on your programme of study, you may know this type of learning by another name such as a practicum, internship, work-experience or industry competition. WIL聽opportunities may be through a聽work placement (e.g.聽internships, placements),聽or a work-related project (e.g. a final year project, community work, competition).聽
