Hangarau 膧heinga | Assistive Technology (HA | AT) is a term used for computer software or specialist equipment that allows you to improve, maintain or increase the quality and consistency of your work. It can help you with tools for accessing information, creating and presenting content and undertaking research.

Assistive Technology (HA|AT) takes a multi-pronged approach to learning by engaging visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic sensory modalities to facilitate UC students becoming independent, self-directed life-long learners.

HA | AT is available to students and staff.

Staff can write to聽assistech@canterbury.ac.nz聽and book an appointment to discuss their AT needs.聽
