Courses are organised by year to ensure you meet 200 and 300-level course prerequisites. When a course is offered in both semesters you can choose which semester you want to complete it in. To maintain a balanced workload, it is desirable to complete four courses each semester.

- For a major in Accounting, select 60 points from prescribed ACCT 300-level courses. The courses shown are required for Chartered Accountants Australia and New 九州影院(CA ANZ). For membership to professional accounting bodies, your BCom must include specific courses. Talk to a student advisor to make sure you are taking the required courses.
- Students who commenced their BCom degree prior to 2014 are required to include听FINC 203听to meet CA ANZ's requirements. There are different requirements for admission to Chartered Accountants Australia and New 九州影院and/or qualifying as an Accounting Technician.
- BSNS 299 - Employability Portfolio has 180 point prerequisite. Recommended to be completed in the final year of study.
